It is with profound sadness that the Oxford Fire Department announces the death of Active Chief Gary Sacco. The following information is to announce the Memorial Services.
Friday March 15th at the Fortin Funeral Home at 217 Turner St. in Auburn, ME 04210. From 5pm to 9pm.

Saturday March 16th at the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School at 256 Main St. South Paris, ME 04281 Service will start at 11am Firefighters should plan to muster at 10 am.
Fire Fighters:
Uniformed members of any fire department are asked to be at the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School No later than 10am on Saturday. There will be no specific procession or march, members will line up and march into the gym. There will be Platoon leaders on site to guide this process through.

There is some parking on site, as well as over flow parking across the street in a strip mall. Space is limited if there is the ability to car pool that is appreciated.
BUS parking will be available in this Parking lot to the Left behind a vacant Rite aid store. Buses will want to drive north on Rt. 26 at the stop light where the High school is on your right you will proceed straight through this light on to Alpine St. take your first right into the parking area.
Honor Guards
We welcome any and all Honor Guards you will march in with other Honor Guards, the Auburn Fire Department will be the Only colors on site, they will post colors and such, Honor Guards will sit together.
We ask that all media stage at a location across the street from the school in the strip mall parking area. At 243 Main St. South Paris Maine 04281. If you will initially stage and we will make every effort to find a place for the media to obtain a limited scope view. As has been asked from the onset that the family be given due privacy.
