FOR SALE: 2004 Mack dual axle plow truck. Mileage 148,568. Hours 10,894.  Vehicle may be seen at the Oxford Highway Garage located at 1160 Main Street, Oxford. Vehicle is being sold AS IS. Minimum bid $5,000. All bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2004 Mack”.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Town of Oxford is seeking proposals for the conversion of existing fluorescent and metal halide lighting to their LED equivalent at the Public Safety Building located at 701 Main Street, Oxford, ME 04270

The work will include, but not limited to, the removal and disposal of existing bulbs, installation of replacement LED lighting and any additional hardware. All bidders must be designated a Qualified Partner of Efficiency Maine.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at which time they will be opened. Bids shall be marked with the words “PSB LIGHT PROJECT”. Bids may be mailed to PO Box 153, Oxford, Maine or hand-delivered to the Town Office located at 85 Pleasant Street.

Vertical Baler for sale

The Town of Oxford have a Philadelphia Tramrail Co. Vertical Baler for sale. The Baler, Model 3400 with Serial # 83R6138L has been replaced with a newer horizontal style baler and is no longer in use. The baler can be seen at the Oxford Recycling Building on Smith Street in Oxford, Maine. The baler will be sold as is with no warranty implied or extendedOffers should be clearly marked “Vertical Baler” and mailed to:  Oxford Town Office, P.O. Box 153, 85 Pleasant St., Oxford, Maine, 04270 or emailed to basselin@oxfordmaine.org. The Selectmen reserve the right to reject any or all offers.
